Being part of the LTDC team and its community requires a dedication of time, money, and other resources from Coaches, families and athletes. Active involvement in LTDC activities and events is essential for the football program to thrive. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following commitments:
Timely Payment of Membership Dues - You agree to promptly pay all membership dues as outlined by LTDC
Fulfilling the Fundraising Obligation - You commit to fulfilling the fundraising obligation of $600 as set by LTDC to support the football program
Spirit Wear Purchase or Sale- You are obligated to sell or purchase a minimum of 2 Spirit Wear items.
Volunteer Commitment: You agree to volunteer for at least 4 volunteer positions, with 2 (mandatory) specifically dedicated for concession duties contributing to the smooth operation of LTDC events. If you cancel your volunteer shift, you must give timely notice and find someone to fill this shift. In addition, you must sign up for new shift.
Understanding of Playtime Guarantee: You understand that payment of dues does not guarantee playtime for players, emphasizing the importance of skill, commitment, and teamwork.
Please note, a player's access to certain football perks, like the swag pack or extra camps, may be restricted it these commitments aren't met. if the terms of this agreement are not followed, it may lead to further requirements (such as additional fundraising or volunteer hours) to remain a member in good standing with LTDC.
For families with more than one player, we offer a Multi-Player Discount at a cost of $600 for each additional player. Please note that the Crimson or Gray Package is only valid for the first player unless purchasing a package for each player.
